Executive Function & Scholastic Support
We work with families, adolescents and young adults when students are struggling to focus and succeed, in and out of the classroom. As our coaches support and encourage the student, they communicate with the entire support team (parents, therapists, teachers and tutors) to develop a plan to overcome executive function challenges such as time management and organization, planning and prioritizing, self-monitoring, goal setting.
Some examples of what coaches can assist with include: coming to the student’s home for wake-up and morning prep, accompanying the student to school, and organizing/reviewing assignments.
Our coaches can also assist clients with daily tasks and provide motivation to set short and long-term goals, all while working in conjunction with their clinical team to help clients with everyday tasks such as getting up and out of bed, scheduling and getting to appointments, sorting through mail & bills, job searches, sleep hygiene, diet, procrastination, and failure to meet commitments.
We know how difficult the first step can be. No inquiry is too big or small–we are here to listen to your needs. Kindly fill out our contact form and we will get back to you within a few business days to see if we can help. All communication is confidential.
